Volunteer in our community

Please note we will not be accepting volunteers for the remainder of 2012.

We offer travelers the opportunity to volunteer on our organic farm at Casitas Tenorio or within the local community volunteering with Solo Good English.

We have been working with volunteers for over ten years and welcome individuals and groups for both short term experiences (a few hours) and long term placements (more than a month). Volunteer directly with us and know you are making a difference.

Volunteer at Casitas Tenorio

You can volunteer at Casitas Tenorio and help us on our organic farm. Tasks may include working with chickens, cows, horses and oxen, planting and maintenance of organic crops, gardening or planning of native trees and reforestation of biological corridors in remnant rainforest.

Volunteer at Solo Good English

Solo Good English is a small community development project that seeks to promotes the acquisition of English in our local area. We work in two local primary schools delivering English language lessons and we also deliver private English lessons in Bijagua. See the Solo Good English website for more details.
